Mexico established in May 2006, located in Mexico City, is responsible for the Commercial, Marketing and Logistic operations in Latin America North Region for both AOC and Philips products in the consumer electronics industry.

TPV has been present in Brazil since 1997, and brazilian´s administrative office is located in São Paulo, concentrating areas such as Sales, Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance and Products. Just 29 kilometers away from the administrative office, TPV has a Logistics HUB responsible to storage and transported the good to customers, in addition there is a team specialized in customer service that counts with more than 200 authorized technical assistance points covering all Brazilian states, in all 160 direct employees only in State of São Paulo.

The manufacturing unit of TPV Group installed in Manaus/Amazonas - Brazil started the activities since 2004 through the Envision Factory with manufacture of TV and Monitor products, then in 2010 started production of printed circuit boards with TPV do Brazil company.

In 2012 bought the Philips facilities, where currently operates producing TV and Monitor with own brands AOC/ Philips, and on an OEM basis with the brands Dell and Lenovo. TPV Group Manufacturing facility in Brazil is among the top 4 in TV production for Brazilian market and is the leadership of monitor production, through the partnership with DELL.

The two companies of the Group are installed on the same site, in an area of 169.000m², containing a preserved green area of 45.000 m2, which is a piece of Amazon forest. The site has 47.000 m2 of built area, such facilities have a production capacity of more than 3 million devices per year in only one shift, with a workforce of 1.100 employees and over 300 third-party service providers. Through this operation, the TPV Group currently indirectly also employs around 4.000 workers, in the local supply chain and in Brazil.

The Manaus Site has certifications in ISO9001 (Quality Management System), ISO14001 (Environmental Management System), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety System) and RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) standards, being a reference in the industrial pole of Manaus regarding the preservation of the environment, care for the health and safety of workers and professional ethics. In addition, with a view to social development, the TPV Group maintains proximity to the community through social actions that help philanthropic entities, not only in specific actions, but also in structured support projects with resources and education.

Fabrica Austral de Productos Electricos Sociedad Anonima (FAPESA) is dedicated to marketing PHILIPS brand televisions, monitors and audio products, also AOC brand televisions and monitors in Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay. It has had a factory in the industrial center of Tierra del Fuego for more than 37 years to supply Argentinean market with state-of-the-art products.

In Europe, TPV–Tech employs 740 people based in over 25 countries; responsible for the development, marketing, sales and service of Philips branded TV’s and sound products, Philips branded professional displays and monitors, and AOC branded displays and monitors.

TPV-Tech’s European business has three main centres in Amsterdam, Gent and Prague. Amsterdam hosts TPV-Tech’s HQ in Europe employing 205 people as the centre for European product planning, sales strategy, marketing, business logistics and customer care for TP Vision, MMD, Philips Professional Displays and AOC.

In addition to this, Amsterdam also acts as the European Shared Service Centre for MMD and AOC, supporting the businesses’ finance, order fulfilment, logistics and sales.

Ghent hosts the European R&D centre for TPV-Tech employing 75 people responsible for the research into new technologies and systems plus the ongoing development of existing TPV technologies including TV picture processing, audio components and Smart TV systems.

The TPV-Tech Prague office employs 120 people and supports both activities into the local Czech market and the Amsterdam office for European sales and marketing functions. The Prague office also provides the European Shared Service Centre function for Philips TV & Sound (TP Vision).

TPV Technology Limited is an innovative LCD and OLED TVs producer as well as PCB (Printed Circuit Board) mainboards producer. Our company offers TV assembly centers for ODM, OEM and CMS clients. Business model Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) means that the company designs and produces finish goods for order and accordingly specification of brand owner. Market of original equipment production (ODM) is currently the fastest growing sector of electronics in the world.

TPV Group as a producer of TVs and PCB mainboards has at present thirteen factories located around the world. Seven from them are in China, the rest production centers are in Russia, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil and in Poland in Gorzow Wielkopolski.

Decision about investment in LCD TV production in Gorzow Wielkopolski was taken in March 2007 and not quite a year later, in February 2008, the factory got a permission and started production. After a month TPV Displays Polska gained full production capacity.

Year 2013 brought opening of PCBA section and three manufacturing lines producing printed circuits, which are boards used to install electronic sub-assembly. The factory started producing PCB boards and new generation of TVs.

Decision about investment in LCD TV production in Russia was taken in 2010 and the first shipment of TV set manufactured by TPV CIS Ltd. took place in April, 2011 and in December, 2012 one million TV set was manufactured.The plant is located in St. Petersburg, in one of the most developed industrial and logistic area – Shushary.TPV CIS customers include Philips, AOC, Sony, Sharp, Panasonic, Infomir, Doffler, Haier, Harper, DEXP, Hisense.

The commercial office located in Moscow is selling Philips TV and Sound devices such as Headphones, Soundbars and others.

In modern Russian reality the company conforms to all political and economic requirements, such as import substitution and localization of production on the Russian Federation territory.

Along with it the enterprise is completely integrated into global structure of TPV, providing an appropriate customers service level.

This center has an excellent history of efficient and constructive team work and interactions with multiple sites within TPV, various Silicon Suppliers (MTK, Marvel, Sigma Design), other OEMs (Sony, Samsung, Vizio, OnePlus) and 3rd parties (Google, Netflix, Amazon, DUK, PlayFi, Broadcast Operators). Bangalore I&D unit comprises of a dedicated Innovation team focusing on upcoming cutting-edge technologies and augmenting TPV with differentiating product features such as Smart Home Applications, Video Conferencing, Cloud-based Content Management System, Health Care and Fitness Applications. Three Titans Technology (Xianyang) Co., Ltd. officially run the operation in October 2018. It is mainly engaged in the R & D, manufacturing and after-sales maintenance services of key components of plastics, hardware, LCD and other optoelectronic products. The main products are plastic parts of LCD TV front frame and rear shell.

TPV Audio and Visual Technology (Shenzhen) Co, Ltd., with the former name of Shenzhen Sang Fei Consumer Communications Co., Ltd., was established in 1996 as a national high-tech enterprise mainly engaged in the design, R&D, sales and global operation service of Philips-branded consumer electronics products such as earphones, 3C accessories, mobile phones, smart phones, tablets, watch phones, and speakers, etc.

With years of development, TPV Audio and Visual Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. has become a global design and R&D base for Philips' audio and mobile products.

TPV Display Technology ( Beihai ) Co. , Ltd. officially run the operation on January 1, 2012, mainly engaged in the R & D, production and sales of LCD.

TPV Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of TPV Technology Group, was established on November 16, 2019. It is located in 304 Industrial Park in Prachinburi, Thailand and strategically located about 130 kilometers away from Laem Chabang Port and Bangkok International Airport. The total area of the factory is aorund 110,000 square meters, building area is around 85,000 square meters.

The company is mainly engaged in the R&D, manufacturing and sales promotion of MNT and TV. As of March 2021, a total of 10 SMT lines, 3 MI lines, 2 MNT assembly lines and 1 TV assembly line have been put into use. When the factory is completely operational, there will be 22 SMT lines, 7 MI lines, 6 MNT assembly line, and 2 TV assembly lines. Moreover, there will also be an LCD panel LCM production line and a TOUCH board production line. It is estimated that the maximum production capacity will reach 10 million units per year for MNT and 2.5 million units per year for TV.

The company will focus on the main customers which of the European and American markets and the Southeast Asian market with unlimited potential. Thai factory will be the production base center and sales center in Southeast Asia in the future.

MMD Singapore is the regional headquarter wholly owned company of TPV Technology Limited, and is responsible for the sales network in the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa. It exclusively markets and sells Philips-branded LCD displays worldwide under trademark license by Koninklijke Philips N.V.

TP Vision Singapore is a regional subsidiary of TP Vision that focuses in research and development, and marketing for Philips branded Vision and Sound, and Accessories (peripherals) products to Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa.
