Anti-Blue Light Panels for Eye Protection

White light constitutes light of different wavelengths. The shorter wavelengths (between 415 ~ 455nm) have stronger energy.

When using the monitor for long periods and short distance, the UV and high-energy blue light will easily cause cataracts, macular degeneration, the aging of skin (darkening) and other injuries.

The hardware based anti-blue display developed by TPV can effectively reduce the harmful blue light below 450nm and protect the eyes from damage. At present, this TPV technology has been patented in Taiwan and mainland China. TPV and TUV also jointly formulated new low blue energy specifications. It is currently included in the TUV Eyesafe standard.

Generally, low blue light monitors on the market use software or filters and cause serious yellowish problems in the display screen. TPV’s hardware anti-blue technology allows consumers to not only maintain the same screen as normal monitors when viewing or working, but also achieve the same effect of protecting the eyes.
